1. Select your dates and choose the items of your choice from our range of Volcom Outerwear snow gear.

2. Confirm your rental by creating your account or continuing as a guest. This is the moment to finalise your order.

3. Receive your rental order at home, in a pick-up point or in a Volcom Store in a reusable parcel. Test, shred and enjoy your Volcom products.

4. Once you've finished ripping, return the items you've rented in the reusable parcel to your nearest point. It's that easy!

In which countries is the Volcom Rental service available?

The Volcom rental service is currently available in 7 countries: France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Spain and Italy.

Do you clean the products between rentals?

Yes, of course. Hygiene is an important part of our rental service. All items are inspected, washed, cleaned in an ozone chamber and repaired (if necessary).

You can rent an item for as long as you want, from a minimum of 2 days.

You can cancel your order free of charge at any time until the order has been processed by contacting us here. Once the order is in process, no changes can be made.

Please note that it will take a few days for the refund, which would be made on the same payment method as your order, to appear on your account.

Is it possible to extend my rental period after receiving my order?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to extend the period of your rental once it has been received. The item you have rented may have been booked in the meantime by another customer right after you. We apologize for this.

Can I use my Volcom account for Volcom Rental?

Your Volcom Rental account is for rental only, if you already have a Volcom account (on volcom.eu) you will need to create a new one on rent.volcom.com here.

You can choose between a standard home delivery, a standard delivery in a relay point or a delivery in-store in either of the Volcom Store of Chamonix or Les 2 Alpes in France.

Enjoy free shipping on all orders over 99€.
In-store delivery is free for every order.
Pick-up point delivery is available for 6.99€.
Home delivery within France costs 9.99€, while for other countries, home delivery is 12.99€.

Can I change my delivery address and/or rental date?

As long as the order has not been processed by our teams, there is the possibility to make the modification. Contact Customer Service directly here. 

Standard deliveries take between 1 and 2 days once the order has left our warehouse. 
You will receive your rental order 2 days before your selected date, to allow for preparation time before departure.

We are sorry for the inconvenience. Please contact Customer Service (here) and we will contact the carrier directly to request a prompt delivery of your order. If the carrier cannot deliver on time, you will receive a full refund.

First, use the packaging you received. It is designed to be sturdy and reusable. 
Secondly, use the return label that has already been provided to you. 
You can drop off your return package at a carrier's drop-off point indicated on the return label provided. Your proof of delivery must be stamped when you drop off your package. You are responsible for the shipment as the sender.  

NOTE: You must return your package from the country of delivery, it is not possible to return from another country. Returns from a country other than the country where the order was delivered will not be handled by us.

How long do I have to return my rental products?

You have 2 days after your scheduled return date to return your products for free.

A pre-authorization is a temporary hold of a certain amount on the bank account linked to the credit card you used for payment. These funds are not actually debited from your bank account but may appear as pending transactions, depending on your bank's policies. This seven (7) day hold allows us to assess the creditworthiness of the bank account from which the payment is made, up to 150€. Once the creditworthiness is confirmed, the hold is released.

This deposit may be charged in case of multiple ongoing orders, numerous failed payment attempts, or any other financial risk identified by the company.

What happens if I don't return my products?

You will receive an email reminder to return your products on the last day of your rental period. If you are unable to return them within the time limit, for whatever reason, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible (here). If you keep your products without purchasing them from your personal account, you will be automatically charged for the items.

How far in advance should I reserve my products?

It's up to you. In all cases, you will receive your rental order 1 to 2 days before your selected travel date, to allow for the preparation time before your departure. Please allow 6 working days for the preparation and delivery of your order. So remember to rent your products at least one week in advance.

I have lost the return label, what should I do?

If this is your wish, please contact us here.

You do not need to clean the products to return them. We sort, inspect, repair and clean all products after they are returned. 
You can of course clean your items during the rental period if necessary. Please read the washing instructions for each item carefully.

I have damaged one or more items during my rental period.

Accidents happen. Has the product been stained, damaged or punctured? Damage insurance is included in the price so that you are not charged extra. Do not try to remove stubborn stains or repair a hole. Once the items are returned, our experts will take care of it. If the item has been significantly damaged, contact Customer Service here and we will find a solution.
